The situation at our factory in Shenzen

1.Worker mobilization

95% of staff are mobilized. (A portion of employees from Hubei Province are absent)

2.Factory output

Currently at 75% of full output, with the goal of 100% output by the end of the month.

3.The situation with our suppliers

A wide range of parts (both electronics and mechanical parts) are currently experiencing delivery delays due to the reopening of our parts suppliers' factories and low levels of output resulting from labor shortages.

4.Future outlook

We foresee needing a significant amount of time in order to completely normalize production, including our supply chain. We apologize for the continued inconvenience and ask that you please bear with us in the meantime, as we are making the utmost effort to restore output to normal levels.

Meanwhile, our other sites, including our research and development center in Taipei, are operating normally.
