SNICE (El Servicio Nacional de Información de Comercio Exterior, Mexico) announced the addition of HS code in its certification from June 3, 2019.

Since May 15, 2019, The Under Secretary of Commerce for Industry advised that if you do not receive certification before you sent the application or test on May 31, 2019, you can ask the laboratory to provide an application approval sheet for Mexican customs to inspect, in order to avoid delay while importing goods and for customs clearance to go smoothly.   

* This program will last for 90 days. After 90 days, the products need to be certified first.
