For custom specs

If your specifications for an AC adapter require extensive changes, we understand that we may need to develop and evaluate the product as a new model. In such cases, the delivery time may be comparable to that of new models. However, we are committed to leveraging our extensive experience to shorten the delivery time as much as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority.

In case of parts designation

Restrictions on the parts used may be subject to our internal regulations. We will contact you if such a designation exists. If we can select parts as freely as possible, we will be able to shorten the lead time for parts purchase.

Reduction of lead time by preordering parts
